With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Milliken Medical within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.

These worked well but only for about 5 to 6 hours. Definitely not 10 to 12 and they did leak from time to time.
