With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Milliken Medical within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.

After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied
After 60 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied
No returns accepted after 90 days
Custom ordered items are non-returnable

A copy of the packing list must be in the box with the merchandise.

I have a 26 yr old daughter disabled with Special Needs. This is the only product that I have found to not leak or soak through during the night especially when my daughter eats through a feeding tube all night. Thanks again
