Applying Reward Points to Your Subscription

Below are the steps for applying reward points to your upcoming subscription. Or you can [Watch Video Tutorial].

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to your Parentgiving.com account.
  2. Go to the dashboard of your account.   
     
  3. Click on the My Rewards link in the menu on the left side of the page


  4. Scroll down the page until you get to the Rewards section of the page


  5. Click the get reward button that corresponds to the number of points that you would like to apply to a subscription order.

  6. Click the Redeem button to get your coupon

  7. Your coupon has now been generated.

  8. Click the icon next to the coupon to copy your one time coupon code. You can always come back to your rewards page to find any unused coupon codes.

  9. Go back to your account dashboard and chose the Manage subscriptions link in the left column.

  10. Click on the Manage Subscription button that corresponds to the subscription where you would like to apply the coupon.

  11. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Apply Discount linkApply discount

  12. Paste the discount code you copied from step 8 above into the Discount Code field and click the Add Discount Button

  13. Your code has now been applied to your subscription!  The next time your subscription is processed the discount will be applied.
