These work exceedingly well for overnight use. The tabs do leave a bit to be desired, however...they require a bit of 'rubbing' to ensure proper placement, failure to do so may result in the tab pulling away, and they are -not- re-placeable; once they pull away, forget it, they will not grab again. Absorption is super fast, and they have a large capacity.

My daughter very rarely wets through. And I put these on her when we are going out knowing she will be protected from leaks.
