With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Milliken Medical within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.
- After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied
- After 60 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied
- No returns accepted after 90 days
- Custom ordered items are non-returnable
- A copy of the packing list must be in the box with the merchandise.

Too big for mediums. If you or your loved one are 42, it would still be too big. You get a better fit if you trim up all the excess. Like all the "outer cloth", they sag with mobility. One tape broke off of back wing. Not worth the price and count ratio. They need to just stick with the Superio and/or original. Companies THINK they are making improvements, but they are not.
