Parent with dysphagia due to dementia. Pureeing can get tedious, but these little meals have given us six different varieties. Perfect size. No refrigeration (unless you have leftovers). Super quick and easy to heat. Suggestion, pull the lid back about 1/2" as well as puncturing some holes before cooking. The tab is very difficult to pull off for about the first inch and it's harder to do that when the tray is hot. Food can get a little gummy as they cool, but you can add a tiny bit of liquid of choice and it brings them back to perfect consistency.
