These work great and stay in place overnight. The stretching makes them more comfortable. They absorb a lot without leaking. At less than a dollar each they are one of the best deals.

I used to buy the same thing but with 2 tabs instead of center tab...The center tab works better stays secured longer secures anywhere on brief & and soaks up urine to the max. Glad I tried it out...Love it so much more...Recommend...
