How to choose underwear

Our Ultimate Protection Underwear delivers the highest comfort and best incontinence performance in terms of leak protection and exceptional extended-wear absorbency. Our chassis cut provides a more tailored fit – with skinnier leg holes reducing the opportunity for openings in leg gaps – a common source for problematic leaks. Soft Leg cuffs and seamless tall leak guards channel voids to a 3-dimensional core that holds more than 5 cups of output. Anti-sag stitching is strategically placed along the front of the garment for holding shape over extended wear times.

Our silky soft waistband and top sheet are luxuriously clothlike and noticeably softer than comparable underwear products.

For the highest in comfort, softness, leak protection, extended wear skin health, and absorbency capacity - this is our Best Overall underwear. Made 100% in Italy to the highest standards.

Features:

Noticeably Softer and more Comfortable: Our cloth-like, silky-soft non-woven waistband ensures total coverage (front and back) while being noticeably softer than other premium adult underwear. The chassis cut and seamless construction enhances the comfort for extended wear
Ultra-Fast Absorption and Extended Wear Protection: High performance top sheet ensures rapid absorption of multiple voids and up to 5 cups total absorbency, making the user feel dry and maintaining skin health for 8 to 10 hours plus
Ideal for Problematic Leakers: Chassis Cut + Leak Guards + Leg Cuffs + 5 cups absorption capacity equals the best overnight and extended wear underwear in the market. Leak guards channel voids into the core of the brief, while leg gathers eliminate gaps in the leg area – a common source for leaks – especially for side sleepers.
• Wetness Indicator: Printed lines on the outside will fade as wetness reaches the outer core – indicating a potential change

Good product for Reasonable price
This is most reasonable pull-up style diaper I have found. My only complaint is it does not provide adequate coverage in the front: padding does not come high enough to the waist band for a male; so it is necessary to use a TENA overnight liner for added protection to prevent leaks. In fairness I have not found any pull-up style diaper that provides total coverage. Overall, I do recommend this product.
