With up to 3 times (3X) the absorbency of anything found at brick and mortar stores, Dry Direct Ultimate Underwear is one of the most absorbent incontinence products we sell – with over 45 oz. of absorbency capacity under pressure (an independent testing metric which measures the absorption capacity of incontinence products to mimic their use while lying down or while seated.)

How to choose underwear

Dry Direct Ultimate Underwear’s Super absorbency equals less changes per day and less leaks – which is ideal for all caregivers, but especially family caregivers. This is the first incontinence underwear we have put our brand on and the first one we can confidently recommend ONLY 3 or 4 changes per day are required. Dry Direct Ultimate Underwear is ideal for nighttime use and a good night’s sleep without interruption. This product is a suitable underwear for bowel incontinence. The best I have found
