Additionally, the Wellness Brief is odor-free and latex-free and has a built-in wetness indicator, which helps to alert caretakers when a change is needed. With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Milliken Medical within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.

After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied
After 60 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied
No returns accepted after 90 days

We have been happy with these for a few years. They were the first ones that kept my mother dry through the night.
However, I was recently told, by an ER nurse, that we should avoid plastic-backed "briefs" (what they call diapers). Im not sure, yet, if this information will change my buying habit or not but whatever I do, I'll do it through Parentgiving
