It’s big button keypad allows easy operation and the light indicator helps you to identify the incoming calls. The smpl landline phone is equipped with the handsfree dialing function so they don’t have to pick up the handset unless the call is answered. The adjustable earpiece volume (4 levels) helps you hear your callers better and is Hearing Aid Compatible, plus it has a 3 level ringer volume.     not so easy to use

    the phone was not as easy at it claimed to set up and you have to press the dial button to place a call. it was confusing for my elderly father to use.
