I am free, I can go and come when I am ready!

gives back our freedom, and that alone is worth it.

Pros:Easy to load and unload. Speed is faster than she is jogging . Easy to turn in small area. Swivel chair is so nice.

Cons:Wish we could raise the seat and handle bars just a little more, I am over 6ft

Overall: Yes, I would recommend this product.

an excellent scooter

My general comments are about the experience I had once the scooter was ordered and before I received it... 1. The on line ordering process was easy and the scooter shipped promptly but then some uncomfortable situations occurred. 2. I didn't receive an email that the scooter had shipped even though the web page said I would. 3. After checking the status of the scooter on line one or two days later, I found a very small one word "shipped" notation but the web page had no information about shipping carrier, waybill number or expected arrival date. 4. After calling customer service,I was told that there is no way to find any of this information except by calling customer service. This is a striking departure from the policies I've seen with EVERY other company I've ordered from! 5. I was also told by the customer service person that there would have to be someone home to sign for the scooter. This turned out to be untrue! On the day I was told the scooter would arrive via FedEx Ground, we waited most of the day for the door bell to ring but then at around 3:00 PM looked outside and discovered a 112 lb box sitting 3/4ths of the way up the drive way! The delivery person had attempted (?) to get the package to the door, but then stopped and left without informing us that it had arrived! I managed to get the boxed scooter in the garage just before it rained... 6. While a White Glove delivery was offered ($100.00+), I knew I would be able to assemble the scooter once it was in the house and didn't choose this option. I'm very happy about the price of the scooter through Parent Giving, and also with the multitude of other items they have available, but I would think twice before ordering something as EXPENSIVE as a scooter again from them...

Pros:Speedy, small, disassembles into units light enough to fit into a car trunk.

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact Parentgiving Customer Care, 888-746-2107, 9 AM ET — 8 PM ET Monday-Thursday and 9 AM ET — 5 PM ET Friday to request a Return Authorization.
To receive credit the return must be made within 30 days of the order date.
The product must be shipped back in the original Pride Mobility Products carton. If you require a replacement box, Parentgiving Customer Care can order one for you at a cost of $40.00.
Depending on the reason for return and the condition of the product, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply, as well as the return freight charges.
The same charges apply to exchanges.
Pride Mobility will pre-select the carrier for product return. You will call the contact number on the documentation you receive to arrange pick-up.
Special orders and custom items and chairs fitted with the heat and/or massage options, are not returnable. Orders that are cancelled after the order is processed, are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight charges, if applicable.
