  • Is this product a heating pad to be used under the feet or a cover to be used over the feet?

    As the product description mentions, it fits under the fitted sheet at the base of the bed. Cords remain hidden as you control through a convenient wireless RF remote.

  • It shows 2 controllers. Is each side controlled Seprate. Can you get it to stay on and not shut. We get leg cramps in the middle of the night heat helps. Thank you

    The two controllers allow for activation from either side of the bed, it does not mean that there are two individual zones. The shut off is a fire safety feature that cannot be overridden.

  • Is this machine washable?

    This product is electric. Immersing it in water would be dangerous. You must follow manufacturer instructions regarding the cleaning of it.
