love the spillproof cup

these cups come in a pack of three-I only received one cup-called customer service-to get two more cups-received one more cup-called customer service again-have not yet received my third cup to complete my order...not so happy with warehouse continued mix-up

Pros:very pleasant customer service operator

Cons:terrible service from warehouse getting order correct

good product, too small

good product

Pros:does keep water inside but only if it is only filled halfway up.

Cons:Have to refill 3-4 times in one sitting. Handle is kinda flimsy, hard to grab for a senior.

Overall: Yes, I would recommend this product.

This supplier accepts return of unused items in their original, sealed internal packaging, in re-saleable condition.
No returns accepted on items more than 30 days after purchase. Returns made within 30 days from date of purchase are not subject to a restocking fee. An exception is for drop shipped items, which may be assessed a restocking fee by the manufacturer. The restocking fee will vary by manufacturer.

Special Order items cannot be returned, unless defective.
Lift chairs can be returned with a Return Authorization number if it is unused and accompanied by the original box, packing and paperwork within 30 days of purchase and is subject to a 15% manufacturers restocking fee.
