We’ve expanded our classic Comforter Series with wider seating areas and greater lifting capacities. Most of the five lift recliners in this series use two heavy-duty motors for strength and support, with a three-position style recline mechanism. Golden Technology Return Policy for Lift Chairs
  • Lift chairs are not returnable unless defective. This item is considered medical equipment and for hygienic reasons cannot be returned unless defective.
  • A return request must be made no later than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Any returns approved require prior authorization. No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns. Please contact Parentgiving Customer Care, 888-746-2107, 9 AM ET — 8 PM ET Monday-Thursday and 9 AM ET — 5 PM
  • Special orders, custom items (such as leg extensions) and chairs fitted with the heat and/or massage options, are not returnable once shipped. Our Customer Care Team is available to answer any questions you have prior to placing an order. We're here to insure that you get the chair that best fits your needs.
  • Orders that are cancelled after the order is processed, are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and return freight charges, if applicable.
  • Depending on the reason for return and the condition of the product, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply, as well as the return freight charges.

Q & A

  • Why are the armrests thinner on the 500 pound weight limit chairs? It looks like there's not enough room to rest my arms??

    The armrests are proportionate in size to the rest of the chair. We sell many of this model, and have not received complaints to suggest this is an issue. If you wish to discuss the specifics of the design, please contact Golden Technologies at 800-624-6374
