This supplier accepts return of items in their original sealed internal packaging, in re-saleable condition within 15 days of the original shipment date.
Customers must inspect the outer shipping crate and scooter for any signs of possible damage prior to accepting and signing the shipper’s delivery slip. By signing for the shipment, the customer is acknowledging the scooter is free of any damage. EWheels is not responsible for shipping damage reported after the scooter is accepted and signed for.
Restock fee of 20% on all returns as well as return shipping charges apply to authorized returns only.
Damaged or Defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
