  • Due to the intimate nature of this product, we do not accept CareZips returns with the following two exceptions:
    1) Size exchanges may be made within seven days of purchase (i.e., shipped back within seven days of receipt by customer); however, the returned product must be in new condition with the original tags still attached;
    2). Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost, but must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Q & A

  • I’m a little confused. Do these pants work with pull-on Depends? Thanks.

    You could wear with pull-on or tape-on products. However, the waist to knee opening is for the purpose of the easy changing of tape-on products. If wearing a pull-on, you would still need to take the pants off in the conventional way.
