Dry Direct Ultimate Booster Pad leverages Parentgiving insights with Italian manufacturing to create our finest booster pad. With an exceptionally soft topsheet, our booster pad is noticeably softer than anything else in the market. High performance polymers add up to 4 cups additional absorbency when paired inside adult underwear (or briefs).

Booster pads are ideal to improve the performance of daytime or value incontinence products, or to troubleshoot leakage issues (especially males or side sleepers). These booster pads, when paired with Dry Direct underwear or briefs, will eliminate all but the most stubborn of leakers. Dimensions: 4.25" x 15"

I love these pads. Wow! They are long, don’t ride up, stay where you put them, and the adhesive on the back is super strong. This pad really does keep you dry. The pad is a perfect fit when worn with the underwear. It doesn’t hang over the sides, leak, or make you feel uncomfortable. It’s like a pocket has been provided, and the pad does not interfere with the inner leg cuffs…it fits inside it. Many features that are not found in any other product I have tried…and I’ve tried quite a few. Thank you for making a product that does everything you said it would.
