Dry Direct Maxi Briefs is our finest tape-on brief for heavy absorbency / overnight brief. Our Maxi Briefs hold over 5 cups of void (multiple voids) locked away from sensitive skin – for extended wear of 8 hrs plus. Our Maxi briefs are noticeably softer and more comfortable than others in the marketplace – with a luxurious top sheet and side panels– all 100% made in Italy.

How to choose briefs
Our Maxi Briefs are ideal for the most immobile and heavy output users – including those with fecal incontinence. The hook and loop tabs are designed for multiple adjustments without losing adherence. Our formulation of pure cellulose pulp and super absorbent polymers provide a sensation of dryness for extended wear while locking in offensive odors. This product is UNISEX.

  • Noticeably Softer and more Comfortable: Super-soft Hypoallergenic Non-woven fabric is used in front and side panels and when paired with a luxuriously soft top sheet, our Maxi Briefs are more comfortable than other products.
  • Leak Guards PLUS Leg Gathers: Leak guards channel voids into the core of the brief, while leg gathers eliminate gaps in the leg area – a common source for leaks.
  • Hook and Loop Tab Fasteners: Allow for multiple adjustments to ensure a great fit – and can be readjusted as the user moves thru extended wear – all without losing adherence (unlike tape-on briefs)
  • Wetness Indicator: Printed lines on the outside will fade as wetness reaches the outer core – indicating a potential change.

Not plastic backed, so cooler to wear. Soft and comfortable. I wear with two stuffers, but still very absorbent.

Very comfortable yet absorbent enough for overnight. Wish they had a size between medium and large, still the fit wasn't bad. Good value for the money. Far better than any store or pharmacy brand.
