Lift chairs are not returnable unless defective. This item is considered medical equipment and for hygienic reasons cannot be returned unless defective.
A return request must be made no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Special orders, custom items (such as leg extensions) and chairs fitted with the heat and/or massage options, are not returnable once shipped. Orders that are cancelled after the order is processed, are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and return freight charges, if applicable.
