Return policy for this item
  • Due to the intimate nature of this product, we do not accept CareZips returns with the following two exceptions:
    1) Size exchanges may be made within seven days of purchase (i.e., shipped back within seven days of receipt by customer); however, the returned product must be in new condition with the original tags still attached;
    2). Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost, but must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns.
