Gift Card Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures regarding the use and issuance of gift cards at Parentgiving. The purpose of this policy is to provide clear instructions to customers on how gift cards can be purchased, redeemed, and managed.



1.Gift Card Purchase

    • a. Gift cards can be purchased online via our official website.
    • b. Gift cards can be purchased using electronic payment platforms.
    • c. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased.
    • d. Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes, loyalty points or any other form of discounting. 

 

2. Gift Card Redemption

    • a. Gift cards can be redeemed for eligible purchases at Parentgiving.com
    • b. To redeem a gift card, the cardholder must copy and paste the gift card 16 digit code during the online checkout process.
    • c. Partial redemption is allowed until the card's remaining balance reaches zero.
    • d. If the total purchase exceeds the gift card value, the remaining amount can be paid using other accepted payment methods.
    • e. Gift cards cannot be redeemed or used to purchase other gift cards.
    • f. Gift cards may be used in conjunction with some discount codes but may limit your ability to use Loyalty points on the purchase.

 

3. Gift Card Expiration

    • a. Gift cards do not have an expiration date and can be used indefinitely.
    • b. Parentgiving reserves the right to terminate or modify this policy, including imposing an expiration date on gift cards, with reasonable notice provided to customers.


4. Promotional Gift Cards
    • a. Promotional gift cards may be issued by Parentgiving as part of marketing or loyalty programs.
    • b. Promotional gift cards may have specific terms and conditions that are communicated along with the gift card.

 

 5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

    • a. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
    • b. It is the cardholder's responsibility to protect the gift card and treat it as if it were cash.

 

6. Gift Card Balance Inquiries

    • a. Customers can check their gift card balance online through our official website or by contacting our customer service team. 

 

7. Compliance with Local Laws

    • a. Parentgiving complies with all relevant local laws and regulations regarding the issuance, use, and management of gift cards.

 

8. Modification of Policy

    • a. Please note that this policy is subject to change, and the most updated version will be communicated through official Parentgiving channels.
