This is revolutionary because changes can actually be scheduled to only once in eight hours/ three in 24 hours putting the wearer or caregiver in control with no worry of any exposure to the effects of urine. More cost effective than other absorbent underwear because of fewer changes and rarely requires expensive creams or ointments.

Pants hold a lot

These pants hold a lot and are very comfortable. Like any product they will leak when full. I can get two full wettings without leaks. I tend to be a heavy wetter. I do not wear plastic panties in the summer so I change these when full. The seat area will contain a BM which I need due to a weak bowel mussel.

Pros:Hold a good amount. Easy on up and down. Will hold BM.

Cons:Will leak at legs when full. Wet spot on clothes in seat if sitting or at front legs if standing. Must change when full.

Overall: Yes, I would recommend this product.
