When you’re out and about with your walker or rollator, your hands need to be free to maneuver. Available walker accessories allow you to take your personal belongings with you while still keeping hands on the walker grips. Walker manufacturers have made various walker accessories available for different purposes. The most common walker accessories are adaptable baskets and bags. These can be used to carry oxygen bottles, walking canes and other essential items. A walker basket is usually made of steel wire, sometimes coated with vinyl to help prevent cuts and snags.
