When I placed the pad on my bed, I saw that it was defective, did not fit the mattress, and had parts of it fuzed together that would not separate. I called to report it, and it has been five days, and still no results. The lady at ParentGiving is very nice, but the manufacturer is providing terrible service! They told her to tell me to take a picture of the defective pad, send it to them, put the pad on the bed and leave it until Monday (this was Friday) to see if it would stretch out. I sent the photos. I put 2 heavy sheets on the bed and tried to sleep on it, but the pad is so hard and abrasive that I could not sleep on it. It still has not stretched out even a little! When a customer calls within an hour of receiving the merchandise to tell that they are very displeased with the merchandise, which is defective, then that should be enough for them to authorize a return for the item. I would not recommend this product to anyone! Worst bed pad and worst service ever!!! The lady from ParentGiving is trying to help me and is supposed to call me again today. I am so frustrated!
When I first laid on the bed after putting the Eggcrate pad on it was just delightful. It allows for a wonderful night of sleep. So happy that I brought this product.
