Soft Seat Aluminum Rollator
It is a very sturdy, believe me I know, I have gone thru quite a few already. It was simple to put together, and I love the big wheels. It is alittle heavy to lift and put in the trunk, however and the seat makes a horrible noise when you open and shut it. The delivery was very fast and had no problem with that part of it.

Vague instructions
Your instructions for assembly are too vague. I wish the parts were marked on your instructions. I put the wheels and handles on opposite because it didn't say which was which. It also doesn't say what is the anchor pin or screws are. It assumes you know. You are dealing with old people you know.The walker seems very sturdy.
