Good Walker - poor inventory of replacement parts
Walker itself is great, however, one of the hinges holding on the seat was broken when it arrived, and customer service said the manufacturer did not have replacement parts for it. Had parts for everything else, but not this one little hinge. Only suggestion was for me to send entire walker back and get a new one. Ridiculous that the manufacturer does not have a replacement part for a small hinge. Can't find this size hinge anywhere!| Cons: | Very good price for such a sturdy walker. |

Soft Seat Aluminum Rollator
It is a very sturdy, believe me I know, I have gone thru quite a few already. It was simple to put together, and I love the big wheels. It is alittle heavy to lift and put in the trunk, however and the seat makes a horrible noise when you open and shut it. The delivery was very fast and had no problem with that part of it.

Vague instructions
Your instructions for assembly are too vague. I wish the parts were marked on your instructions. I put the wheels and handles on opposite because it didn't say which was which. It also doesn't say what is the anchor pin or screws are. It assumes you know. You are dealing with old people you know.The walker seems very sturdy.
