Awesome service

Awesome service, delivered in 2 days. The 1st one had a defect and I called customer service and it was replaced the very next day!!

Very Nice

It is very nice and sturdy. I love the seat, It sure is nice to be able to sit when I get tired. My little dog loves the pouch under the seat. When, I go walking I can take her with me. I LOVE IT.

Pros:	It is built well, the seat fits me just fine. I can stand up straight when I go walking, instead bending over. It is a lot better, because when I bend over, it makes my back hurt.

It is real nice and I like it

pleased and satisfied

sorry it took me so long to try this. Turns out this is much easier to use than 2 canes. Now I can zip around inside and outside with much more speed and confidence.

Pros:	Lightweight, easy to maneuver
Cons:	When walking on hard surfaces-sidewalk, floors without carpet- the wheels are very slippery. I'm small and don't weigh much , so it tends to run away with me.

your product states 17 inch seat..it is 12x12..250 pound need more than 12x12 seat

Everything I needed!

I am a younger person with MS and I have difficulty walking with a cane, and need to rest often. I liked the appearance of this walker which I got in burgundy (note: it is not as bright as in the picture), and I love that there is a seat so I can sit whenever I need to.

Pros:	Very light, seat is wonderful, basket is handy.
Cons:	Left brake seems looser than right one.

Perfect for light duty

Great way to help a smaller person be mobile and independent.

Pros:	Good looking, easy to put together, the The walker is easy to manuever and the basket helps my mother get things from room to room. Super fast delivery.

A winning product once you get used to it.

Easy to assemble. Lightweight. Well built.

Pros:	As Above.Plus exceptionaly nice quick service and delivery. Thank you very much.
Cons:	I have both hardwood and tile floors and find it too fast and slick for my purpose. Eventually, God willing, I will get used to the hand brakes to slow it down. I am used to my walker with tennis shoes on it to slow it down. Left brake not succint and don't know how to adjust it.

This Rollator is wonderful!

I bought this to use after my upcoming spinal fusion surgery so I would have both rolling independance and a handy place to sit when I needed it.

Pros:	The quality is great. I also like the wire basket.
Cons:	It would be great if the company sold a basket to clip onto the handles when the rollator is open so you could use it shopping.
Bottom Line:	Yes, I would recommend this product.

Gave me Freedom!

When I broke my leg it was impossible to do so many things with crutches. Now I just kneel on the Rollator seat, put what I need in the basket and I am off!

First classs from order to delivery

This was not delivered to my door as stated on the tracer but to the main office of a retirement complex. This required a car trip and assistance in getting it in and out of the car and into the house.

Pros:	I liked the information given to help make selection,the email follow up,and the courteous attendant who helped me figure out why I had not received it.
Cons:	The delivery agent didn't leave it at door as he stated on report.
Bottom Line:	Yes, I would recommend this product.

Lightweight easy and to maneuver

Good for Me

I have a breathing problem. Not a walking problem. They removed seats at walmart in the grocery area. I found folding bike baskets to attach to my walker. Now I can grocery shop and sit to catch my breath,

Pros:	Easy to lift in and out.
Cons:	You need to offer a large folding wire basket to attach to front of walker.I had to buy 2 to have enough room for items. Could not find larger one.Almost perfect now.

My 2nd innovcare walker and I love them, esp. seat & roll back

I need to the walker all the time for walking, supporting, gives me freedom to do things outside home that I need/want to do.

This roller walker is very comfortable to use

The seat was not 17" as it said but it is easy and convenient to use.

Pros:	Very good brakes and easy rolling wheels
Cons:	Had to add another adjusting hole to lower thye grips because I lean over when I walk.

This item is truly a quality item. However, the "hubs" on the wheels gets caught on anything in the way. That being said, this is truly a wonderful item.
