Snap-on waterproof plastic pants are ideal as an outer cover-up for disposable diapers and pads. These reusable and machine-washable brief style briefs are soft, plastic-coated nylon and white in color. They have 4 snaps on either side. Please order carefully. This reusable item is not returnable once the individual packaging is opened.

It seems fine for daytime use with a pad or disposable diapers.
Great for daytime use over a disposible.| Pros: | The snugness around my legs was great. |

confident that if my diaper leaks, it will not show
I must wear a diaper 24/7 and wearing a water proof pants over them gives me add protection from leaks when I can not change wright away and the snaps make it easier to clean if I do leak.| Pros: | I love the snaps. Eaiers to remove when wearing pants |

I use these on my adult handicapped son who has cerebral palsy. They work very well as additional protection over his diapers - especially when we travel or go to church.
