This supplier accepts return of unused items in their original sealed internal packaging, in re-saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted in the product description.

* Restock fee of 19% on all returns made between 31-60 days of purchase.

* Lift chairs can be returned with a Return Authorization number if it is unused and accompanied by the original box, packing and paperwork within 30 days of purchase and is subject to a 15% manufacturers restocking fee.

No returns accepted on items more than 60 days after purchase.
