  • Lift chairs are not returnable unless defective. This item is considered medical equipment and for hygienic reasons cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the chair.

  • Special orders, custom items (such as leg extensions) and chairs fitted with the heat and/or massage options, are not returnable once shipped.   • Orders that are cancelled after the order is processed, are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and return freight charges, if applicable.
