Protection Plus Super Protective Underwear by Medline are disposable and feature the "pull up" design that gives patients the comfort and feel of underwear. Anti-leak cuffs provide superior containment. The super absorbent core helps keep skin dry and controls odor. The breathable outer cover adds to the comfort and provides better skin care. Sizes: Measure around the hips or waist, whichever is larger, and select the size accordingly. Small, Waists 20"-28", 88 count per case. Medium, Waists 28"-40" , 80 count per case. Large, Waists 40"-56", 72 count per case. X-Large, Waists 48"-68", 56 count per case. XX-Large, Waists 68" - 80" 48 count per case.
This product is not returnable if opened, unless defective. Please call if you are unsure of the right size.

Nice and soft and my clothing easily slips over them when I am getting dressed.
They are very comfortable---nice and soft--and "hold a lot!!!. So far they have not leaked.| Pros: | See above. |

Excellent for larger individuals
My mother is a bigger person and we have tried many different brands. The sizing is very accurate. The fit and the ease at which she can pull them up and is incredible.| Pros: | Fit, ease of pullup and down and size. |

These fit and work well, tho with side sleepers (male), they still manage to leak.| Pros: | Extended absorption area |

This product is outstanding in comfort and availability!!
I found your product when I was in the hospital. From the time I put the first one on I was sold. The comfort factor was so far betteer than the product I had been using. Looking for a better fit
My son has used Medline products in the past, but they recently changed the fit. The waist fits fine, but the leg fit could be more snug.| Pros: | Super fast delivery! Comfortable waistband, and leak guard inside. |

So Far So Good
Seems to keep the urine inside the diaper. Might run a little small compared to other brands. Hard to tell as mom has mild dimentia.| Pros: | The aides say that they are good - they keep the urine in the diaper They tend to use 2 but they say it's because mom goes a lot - they know better than me! |

Right Item-Rght Price
I had a company that was providing protective underwear for my mom-they went out of business with very short notice- I had to search quickly for this item. I found several comapanies selling it. I wanted a reliable one. I did purchase from another comapny for this item but quickly realized they charged me a too low a price. I then found Parentgiving with same item but with a great price. the price has stayed consistent for the last 2 times I've ordered & it was delivered promptly
