The briefs we purchased were too small for my mother to wear comfortably, even though the last brief product she used was exactly the same size. It cost us more to send the two boxes back to the company than it cost for 96 briefs/1 box/a 3 month supply!

This is the first time I have made a purchase through Parentgiving and I based it on the previous brief purchases for the last several years. We always ordered "small", so of course I did so again. Unfortunately, your "small" is a different size then the ones we had been receiving. My mother cannot wear these. With limited funds available, I was shocked to learn that Parentgiving would not help us in the slightest with the very expensive postal costs to return the 2 full boxes that we had ordered! I am dismayed that you have little care, concern nor compassion for our position. We had to pay nearly $56.00 to return these boxes; with no help from you (I know you get better shipping rates than we). Anyway, we aren't sure we want to continue a business relationship with a company who doesn't seem to care about its customers.
