These pad are extra long and not bulky. The adhesive strip holds them firmly in place in my panties. They are a boon to catching spillage from my problems with diarrhea as I try to sprint to the bathroom. I am elderly so "sprinting" is difficult when managing a cane and sometimes a walker. Anyway, I will never be without these pads again. I'm really glad you have them.
