This device can be used to massage the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, middle back, and many more areas. This massager has 5 different percussion massage modes and 8 different percussion massage intensities.

Simply wrap the massager around the shoulders so that the controller is facing out and press the RED power button. Then choose from a massage mode using the "M" button and an intensity by using the "+" and "-" buttons. Finally move to position as needed. Its just that simple!
