This phone is great. Easy to use, loud, answering machine is simple. My grandmother is 86 and has been easy for her to learn.

My mother in law recieved the phone shortly after an issue with ups not being able to locate her home, but once she got the phone she had it hooked up and she loved the phone. She is well pleased on the phones ability to be scene by her impaired vision.

My mother believed that cordless phones didn't work because of her experience with a faulty product in the early 1980's - this phone proved otherwise and have allowed her to roam with it and not have to jump up and answer the phone - she's hard of hearing and almost blind - so this is a great help
