The SOSecure Containment Swim Brief (swim diaper) for adults and teens dealing with incontinence is designed to be worn next-to-skin under a swim suit. Intended primarily for bowel containment, these briefs also protect against minor urinary leakage. Although designed for swimming, it makes a great cover for disposable or cloth diapers and also makes an excellent night diaper cover.

Features include: a high tech stretch polyurethane fabric with soft fleece lining, elastic waist and legs for added security, velcro closure offers fully adjustable sizing that opens up flat for ease in dressing.

Washable & reusable. Men order by waist size Women order by hip size. Measure accurately as there is no return on swim products for health reasons. It is important to purchase the right size and keep as snug as possible using the adjustable closures. This is a special order item and may take 10 days or more to deliver.
