Lightweight Travel Transport Chairs are designed for use where traditional wheelchairs are too bulky. These transport wheelchairs fold and store easily, down to 1/3 of the size of a standard wheelchair. Its small size, at only 19lbs, means it is easy to lift into and out of vehicles, to carry and to push. Ideal for travel, doctors visits, and shopping, these transport wheelchairs have amazing usage applications. The rear wheels have a safety brake and the chair comes with a convenient carrying bag. Available in two varieties.

These chairs feature 8" wheels, folding footrests with heel loops, velcro tie strap to hold the chair in the folded position, and pull up straps to help in folding. Seat measures 17.5" x 17.5". Weight Capacity 225lbs. Overall width when open is 24 3/4".

Great - but didn't fit!

I needed a transport chair to get my Mother from her bed to the bathroom to be put on a shower chair. Unfortunately, the chair is only measured by the "seat" and not the width of the entire chair. We have an older home and the doorways are not very wide. We had to send the chair back. But it was a good product - lightweight, easy to move, etc. Just too wide.
