Contains two main ingredients to alleviate the pain, itching and burning of anorectal discomfort. The first is Lidocaine. This numbing ingredient is very powerful, using the maximum allowed by the FDA. The second ingredient is Phenylephrine, again at maximum strength which reduces the swelling of the hemorrhoid and inflamed tissue. Also includes Aloe, Vitamin E and Grape Skin Extract to further heal and soothe the area. Non-greasy odorless and non-staining. Contains permeation enhancers to quickly absorb into the area for fast-acting relief. Does not contain petroleum. Due to the strength of ingredients the FDA requires a child-resistant cap.
