It doesn't get better than a company that gets it right the first time every time and does it in time frames for which other companies charge a good deal extra!

Terrific

Parents love it.
It is usable for what I ordered it for.

Although the phone has the big buttons for the numbers, the way to use the speed dial needs work. You must punch a very small Auto button first and then the big number button. It defeats the purpose when the person using the phone can only see the big buttons.
Easy Phone

Recieved the phone and it did not work. when trying to call in always rang busy and when Picking up reciever I got the dial tone but when trying to make a call it said another phone was open-I checked all my phones and they were good. I bought a different phone and it worked fine.
Excellent phone for vision impaired

My mom, who has macular degeneration, can read the buttons on this phone. Also, it has very good amplification in the headset. My only complaint is that the loudest setting on the ringer is not loud enough.
My Mom Loved this telephone

She doesn't have to remove her hearing aides to answer the phone since it has a microphone and it is easy to dial without picking up the receiver. At 97 she is having fun conversing with friends and family because she can now hear them quite clearly.
