Not exactly what I was hoping for

Other than the BIG buttons, I was a little disappointed in this phone and wish I had researched it a bit more before purchasing. I was hoping that the receiver had a volume control but that is only available for the answering machine. The look and feel of this phone is great but since my Mom is quite hard of hearing, I needed that one extra bell and whistle in order to benefit her. Also, there is quite a bit of 'static' noise, even when you are just listening to the dial tone.
Nice but not what I needed

I had ordered this product to obtain one touch speed dialing for my Mother but unfortunately it did not have that capability. I was pleased with the support and willingness to allow me to return the product. The company rep was very helpful in locating another product that did meet my needs
