I bought this for my SO. She loves it. So far she has only been able to use it on her hands because you can't use it on open sores. She can't wait till her feet heal so that she can use it on them. It is a little hot at first but not hot enough to burn you. She told me that her doctor uses a similar one on a 3 year old. Based on what she told me, the speed of shipping, and the use of UPS I would recommend this to others.
