	Once I resolved the problem of both brakes locked, the machine has worked flawlessely By: Jacl Both of the breaks were inoperable.In going through the manuel and comparing it with my "Roscoe", I went thru the looseing prosess, to no avail. I then called in one of the retirement comunities troble shooters. He had it fixed in about an hour.

	Good Products, Better Price, Best Service By: Babstheshopper I ordered this walker in heavy duty size partly to just have more room in the width between the handles and partly because the seat was higher and made sitting easier for a person with really bad knees and no leg strength. I arrived at this choice with the help of a great agent in the online chat. She was incredibly helpful and actually called manufacturers while she was communicating with me to verify and obtain additional dimensions. Based on what I was looking for, she was able to direct me to this walker and it totally fit the bill and then some. It arrived in about 48 yours I think, amazingly fast. Was pretty simple to put together. Only flaw was one of the breaks was a little crooked (I suspect the hole may not have been installed in exactly the write place. Hubby helped fix this by just unscrewing the bolt and then we twisted it at an angle, rescrewed the bolt back and it was fine. As a safety mechanism I put the little wrench in my handbag so that if we have to do any adjustments while using the walker, we can fix it on the fly. I probably could have sent it back for an exchange but for such a minor flaw it wasn't worth the effort, and I'm talking it was a itsy bitsy off. The design of the basket under the seat keeps it out of the way and provides a place for handbag or packages while seated. I am actually using the rollator in my kitchen while cooking and sitting at the counter when my back gets tired. The price was about 30% less than at my local medical supply store. I can't wait to share this info with my sister so she can get one too.
