These extra-absorbent overnight incontinence diapers have padded panels to maximize the wearer's comfort.
MoliCare Super Plus Overnight Adult Diapers have the ability to handle increased capacity for excellent overnight incontinence protection. Padded panels, in addition to stretch polymer, maximize comfort and patient mobility. A high tech 3-part absorbent core offers added dryness and neutralizes odor. The diapers also feature anti-leak cuffs for containment. MoliCare Super Plus diapers are available in cases of 56. For safety and hygienic reasons this item is not returnable once the case has been opened.

Sizes and Colors: Measure around the hips or waist, whichever is larger, and select the size accordingly.

I have had to wear diapers for years and have tried them all. This is the best I have tried and it works well overnight and adding plastic pants really really assures that you will have no leaks. Also put a flannel rubber sheet on top of the regular sheet and you will have no problems. Also I use them for daytime and have to change less often. The plastic pants help a lot. As you can see I am incontinent and wet all the time.
It is wonderful, a God send.

These are much thicker diapers, which makes them significantly more absorbent. They are comfortable, though, and are plenty discreet underneath clothing.

I purchase these items for my son who is disabled and has a night time incontinence issue. Most diapers i have tried have left hime wet come morning. These are by far the BEST available! I agree they do run on the smaller size so go one size up from what you would usually use. Definately worth every cent!!

THIS IS THE BEST DIAPER. IT HAS A "MEATY" LINING THAT ABSORBS A LOT OF LIQUID AND NO MORNING ODOR. I HAVE LITLE TO NO BEDDING TO WASH IN THE MORNING. I LOVE THEM, BUT DEBBIE IS RIGHT BUY ONE SIZE UP. SPEND THE MONEY IT IS WORTH IT!!!!

I always wanted to try these but never wanted to spend the money. Honestly this proves that you get what you pay for. I can These diapers are among the most comfortable I have ever worn! I use them mostly when I sleep and I can rest confident that I will not be waking to a wet bed. I do use them for extended wear as well and at first I thought they might be to bulky (they are very thick) or loud as with most plastic diapers but I was proven wrong on both accounts. I would recommend these to any one!
