Its patented, body-contoured, concave surface provides you with maximum support and comfort. Each body position adjusts from 8 to 12 to 16 inch elevations by using 2 patented removable inserts for a choice of sitting or sleeping positions. Washable cover included.

Dimensions: 24" top to bottom x 23" side to side. Angle is 90 degrees when the 2 additional inserts are used.

This cushion is exactly what may mother-in-law needed to help hear breath more efficiently. Hear coughing no longer keeps waking her up since she has been using this wedge.
did not work at all for me. i have acid reflux and sleep on a wedge which i was trying to replace. this is too thick at the bottom and hurts my back maybe for others but not for me..

improvement in breathing

after much searching, i found your product. the adjustability is wonderful and makes breathing easier and prevents much coughing. the cover is not that important ... i covered the wedge with a fuzzy blanket. the video is a really great idea!
improvement in sleep

The product is beneficial. Mom's sleep and respiratory issues are improved. This appears to be one of the best that is available. However, we need something with even greater height. The wedge itself, stands as a good product on its own merit.
comfortable relief

Bought this along with the foot wedge to help my elderly father sleep better. The two wedges work to help relieve his back pain. He now sleeps better without pain. This position also helps him sleep without snoring and eleviates swelling in his feet. The curved shape keeps him better positioned and his arms and shoulders cradled. I do wish this wedge came with a more durable cover instead of a piece of fabric that is held on by elastic bands at all four corners.
