This is the second one I've gotten. Cover on this newer one doesn't slide as much on the floor. FYI, we stuck a strip of rug pad under the first to keep it from sliding.

Unfortunately, the pad moves too easily and when our senior tried to get up the first night that we had it, she easily knocked the mat out of place and fell down beside it. May work better on a carpeted floor.
