Not exactly what I was hoping for
Other than the BIG buttons, I was a little disappointed in this phone and wish I had researched it a bit more before purchasing. I was hoping that the receiver had a volume control but that is only available for the answering machine. The look and feel of this phone is great but since my Mom is quite hard of hearing, I needed that one extra bell and whistle in order to benefit her. Also, there is quite a bit of 'static' noise, even when you are just listening to the dial tone.| Pros: | Large buttons and back-lit feature. I like that the antenna lights up blue when the phone is on or in use. |
| Cons: | Very hard and badly written instruction manual so set up is a bit difficult to understand. No volume control on handset(s) and quite a bit of 'static' noise which is undesirable. |

Nice but not what I needed
I had ordered this product to obtain one touch speed dialing for my Mother but unfortunately it did not have that capability. I was pleased with the support and willingness to allow me to return the product. The company rep was very helpful in locating another product that did meet my needs| Bottom Line: | Yes, I would recommend this product. |
