My resident loves her new walker.
I am a social worker in a skilled nursing facility. I purchased the walker on behalf of one of my residents. The ease of the purchase and the sped in which it was delivered was impressive. My suggestion would be to make payments options easier for social workers trying to purchase items for their residents.| Pros: | The walker was easy to assemble and required no tools. My resident loves her walker. |
| Cons: | Other then the payment options I do not have a con about the website or the product. |

Got the walker for my wife and she loves it. Allows her to walk around condo complex with out worry of falling.
Very good quality for value| Pros: | Very well constructed, and appreciate the 8" wheels. |
| Cons: | Should have a latch/strap for some way to hold seat up when loading. |

Great value!
Absolutely the best value! The person using this is now more stable when walking in comparison to her old standard walker which was light weight aluminum and had no wheels. She still fell when using the old walker.| Pros: | So easy to use and move around obstacles and doorways. |
| Cons: | The seat is slightly too high even for 5' 5" height. Anyone shorter would be swinging their feet when sitting. |

Rollator
I like the function of the rollator just fine, except it sits a little too high and I am just a little too wide to be comfortable for long periods of time. I also did not get notification of when the walker was sent, only after I talked to someone did I know that it was being delivered that day.

I ordered this bariatric walker on a Monday and it arrived the next day - and that was with standard shipping. Amazing. This walker is a God-Send for my father.
