Male incontinence products are specially designed to take into account men’s anatomy. The challenge for men with incontinence is to find the most effective products, such as adult briefs and other protective underwear, that will enable them to comfortably and confidently work, travel and engage in favorite activities.

There is a wide variety of protective underwear for men, both in terms of style and absorbency, to address varying degrees of male incontinence. Everything from pull-on styles to belted undergarments that are easily adjusted, are available at various price points..

For men with light to moderate incontinence, there are absorbent inserts, also called guards, contoured to fit inside regular underwear for men.
