EZ Adjust Bed Rail 
This side bed rail from Stander easily adjusts in length with the push of a button and folds down. Quick & easy assembly.
The EZ Adjust Bed Rail from Stander, Inc. is the only side bed rail that adjusts in length after installation. It works well as a side rail for preventing falls, as well as a support bar for getting in and out of bed. This rail can be used on Twin, Full, Queen and King size beds.
Features:
- Adjusts in length from 26" to 34" to 42" with the push of a button.
- Weighs only 14 lbs.
- Folds down and out of the way when it isn't in use.
- Rail is reversible; can be installed on either side of the bed with the adjustable end pointed toward the bottom of the bed.
- The "Arms" extend out 22" from the rail base and slip in between the mattress and box spring.
- Distance between arms that go between mattress and box spring is 14”.
- Includes a dual safety strap that secures it to the bed frame.
- Weight capacity: 400lbs.
- Needs 18" clearance from installtion point to the floor to extend fully down the side of the bed.
The EZ Adjust Side Bed Rail works well on any size home or hospital bed and at 23" high it accommodates the thicker pillow top mattresses. Space between rails is 3". The rail pivots when both levers are pulled out. Can be used on Craftmatic style beds. Must be installed between the pivot points. Not suitable for Sleep Number beds or beds with a light, thin mattress.

I feel much safer now when sleeping.

Worked out extremely well.
I personally did not do the install, it was for a senior friend of mine and he and his daughter did the install. I WILL say that I talked to his wife about a week later and she told me that it had kept her husband from falling out of the bed at least twice in the week after they installed it. To me that was well worth the money.| Pros: | I thought that this was the best one I saw because it folded down. Allowing my friend to get out of bed at night to go to the restroom. |

works perfectly
My 82 year old dad fell a couple months ago and suffered a subdural hematoma and had to undergo 2 craniotomies. Life has changed! He's doing amazingly well but is still very confused. He was getting up in the middle of the night and falling. My mom is unable to pick him up. Now, with the EZ Adjust Bed Rail, he's unable to just get up, the rail keeps him in! Excellent solution
Mom had fallen out of bed while sleeping when our wonderful caretaker was just out of the room for a minute. She wasn't badly injured, but it made her frightened to fall asleep and gave several bad nights until the rails arrived.| Pros: | They were easy to install on Mom's electric bed. They are in a perfect position to keep her safe, but do not impede her ability to get into the bed easily. They also offer a sturdy spot for her to grasp as she is getting in and out of the bed. |

Great Product - Easy Install
Mom had been getting up in the middle of the night..and fell a couple times. Since no caregiver overnight, we wanted to protect her. Works really well - love the extension feature to 42", and rail folds down out of the way during the day. Fairly quick install - although since we put two rails in...needed a second person to help put the mattress back in place over top of the rail arms. Product seems sturdy and well made. The picture does not show it, but the rail comes with a nylon, mesh utility cover with slots for magazines, remote control etc... Very nice feature, but when you stow the rails down, things fall out of the pockets...this is a minor issue.| Pros: | Easy installation |
| Cons: | Little dicey putting together (for one person). I installed two rails. Once I got the hang of the instructions on the first rail, second rail went much easier. Recommend you have a helper - not heavy, just awkward when bolting together the pieces. Also definitely need another person to helppull up the mattress over top of the rail struts. |

My husband needs to hold on to something for support while getting out of bed and needs something to help keep him from rolling out of bed accidently. I was afraid this would not support him, he is a big man. Have tried several things that worked, but; were never quite right. This has been in place for less than a week and is working great. I'm only using the 24" lenght and keeping in upright position. Overnight shipping was great and more than I expected. Good quick fix
I bought this for my father and it is doing what it is supposed to do. Fit is a little loose but, once someone is in the bed, it is fairly stable. Decent product for the money. Would recommend.

I bought the EZ Ajust Bed Rail for my 82 year old Mother. The Caregivers and myself likes it very much. It is very neat and easy to lower. Iam more assured that my Mother will not fall off the bed. I am only rating it very good because compaired to the hospital bed real it is not as heavy duty. But it will serve the purpose as I do not want my Mother to think she is in a hospital environment. The $94 cost was good, I would not have paid more.

Didn't work out and can't return it
The facility said this was fine but the problem is that there are two poles that stick up making it impossible for my mom to get into bed. I wanted to return it but was told that if it looks like it has been used i.e. were the bolts in the package? Was all the plastic there, it wouldn't be accepted. That meant I would pay for shipping there and back again to me when the warehaouse rejected it. Be very careful with this.

It definitely serves its purpose. The directions are not clear as to what you do after you put some straps under the mattress...so we tied them to the frame...if we hadn't I think it could move. Also I hadn't thought about the height of the frame and when it is down it is at an angle not against the bed...so if your bed is low make sure you consider the height.

Worth the $
This product is worth every penny. Installation is easier with 2 adults. (one to lift the mattress) The only disadvantage to this products is that when folded down, it does not lay against the bed because it is so long. I would not recommend using this on a bed that sits close to the floor.

Wonderful!
A little tricky putting it together by myself but once installed it works like a dream. Instead of securing the strap to the bed frame, I encircled the mattress with it and tied it off on the stationary railing. I now feel safe in my bed cause the rail lengthens preventing me from falling out. Thanks for a fabulous product.

Excellent price, fastest delivery I have ever experienced (less than 24 hours). The assembly instructions were a little bit confusing - what to do with the long strap. I did figure it out, but I think a page of the instructions was missing.

I purchaced this for my 92 year old mother who fell out of bed several times. Major problem, is my mother does not have the strength to push down the button to extend the rail or push down the button to retract the extended rail. I over came this by disabling the buttons and attaching a board to the side of the bed to act as a stop to keep the rail from extending to far and coming out. Other than that, it is a great product.

I was very impressed with the quality ... I bought this for my dad who is 92 yrs old. I chose this over others because it was adjustable and also because of the ease (pulling a ball instead of pushing a button) it afforded for letting the side rail down. I also thought it was easy to put together and install ... only took a few minutes! He likes it because you can lower the rail, make the bed and hardly tell that it's there! Thanks ... would definately purchase it again!

It is meeting our need but I wish there was a way to adjust the height when you lower it we have a low bed so it doesn't go flat. Also we are using one for each side and wish it was one unit so we could have them at the same place on each side of the bed. Currently the supports hit each other under the mattress,so we had to put one low and one higher up to make it work for our needs. Sturdy enough and glad to have it!

I ordered this for my grandparents after my grandmother fell out of the bed. It was shipped the same day I ordered and arrived just 2 days later. My grandfather was able to assemble it and put it on the bed his self. They said it was made of a sturdy material and easy to adjust. EZ Adjust Side Bed Rail
Using it for my mother's bed and it has been a blessing. She has dementia and kept falling out of bed. It helps her feel secure with out having to go to a hospital bed and helps her get in and out much easier.

Ez Adjust Side Bed Rail
The rail was easy to assemble and workedd as advertised. When the rail was on the down position we had problems with the posts pokeing my mom in the back of her legs. So with a little shifting we managed to minimize the problem
