A good product, but could use one more feature

As large and absorbant as a brief with adjustable tabs, but can be used in regular underwear.

Pros:Size, absorbancy. It can be used when wearing slacks and changed without having to remove slacks and shoes. Much more convenient for daytime wear.

Cons:It doesn't have sticky bands to hold it in place in the underwear, so it is difficult to hold it in position in the underwear as they are pulled up. This makes it hard to use for a person who has limited dexterity or who needs to hold onto a walker with one hand. The addition of sticky bands to hold the pad in position front and back would make it perfect.

Overall: Yes, I would recommend this product.

Good alternative to pull-ups or briefs

I got these to try as a daytime alternative to protective underwear (pull-ups) and briefs (diapers). They can be easily changed without removing all your clothing and are less bulky and not as hot as a brief. Don't confuse these with the incontinence pads sold in drugstores. These are huge and cover you from front to back providing excellent coverage for men or women.

Pros:Easy to change, good absorption, not very bulky, more comfortable than a diaper, less leakage than a pull-up.

Cons:Needs to be worn with net (mesh) pants or stretchy underpants to hold it in place. Not as comfortable as a pull-up.

Overall: Yes, I would recommend this product.
